A Weekend in Monticello

This past weekend we took a trip to Monticello. We went for Chad's cousin Stacey's wedding. It was a very nice wedding. It was a great time for all of the family to get together. The weekend was fun and also relaxing just spending time with family. Mabry actually went to the church nursery for the first time on Sunday and did great. She also did great on the trip to and from Arkansas. She is a great little traveler.

Aunt Kimmy and Uncle Alex's Wedding Shower

On Sunday, Mabry and I traveled to Sheridan for the bridal shower of Aunt Kim and Uncle Alex, who are getting married in June. It was a very nice shower and they got so many nice things. We look forward to the fun we will have at their wedding!

To Grandmother's House We Go...

On Friday, Mabry, Grandmother (my mom) and I loaded up to head to Jonesboro. The usual 7 1/2 hour trip took us 10 1/2 hours. We made several stops. Mabry did really good on the trip sleeping most of the time. We are in Jonesboro until next weekend. We are having a great time here and keeping plenty busy, but we sure do miss Daddy!

2 Month Doctor's Appointment

Last Thursday, the 12th, Mabry had her 2 month appointment. This was the scary one with the shots. Grandmother (my mom) came down from Arkansas to go to the appointment with us. Mabry got a great check-up. She got two shots and one oral vaccination. She lapped up the oral and took the shots like a trooper. She only cried for about five minutes. I am so proud of her!

Weight: 11 lbs 14 ounces - 75th percentile
Height: 23.8 inches long - 97th percentile
Head: 15.5 inches - 75th percentile
I enjoy seeing how much she's grown.

2 Months Old!

Today Mabry is 2 months old! I can't believe it! Isn't she cute!?!!

Aunt Rhonda and Cousin Annabelle

This week Aunt Rhonda and Annabelle came to see us and stay a couple of days. We had a great time with them. They are so much fun! We went to the park and had a picnic lunch. Annabelle really enjoyed the playground and the swings. Aunt Rhonda and Annabelle loved on Mabry so much. It was so sweet to see Annabelle play with Mabry. She is such a big helper except when it comes to dirty diapers. :)
