Last Day of MDO

 What at great school year this has been for Miss Mabry! Having her 'school' outing one day a week was great for both of us. I feel like she learned so much that I just could not have taught her at home. She is such a bright little girl that thrives in almost all situations. I'm so proud of her. It's going to be a fun summer. We hope to hit up the pool many, many times. Also we'll try some story-times and many play-dates with friends. Then in August, she gets to go to preschool 2 days a week. She is getting so big!

Here Birdie!

We went to the Fort Worth Zoo this weekend. Mabry is really getting the hang of the zoo trips and loves seeing all the animals. She usually wants to pet every animal we see. Well, in this case, she got to pet the birds. They had a enclosed space you could go in and, if you had the birdseed, the birds would land on your hand or stick. It was a blast seeing Mabry's reaction. This was a very memorable experience for us!
I would have taken more pictures of the rest of the zoo, but my camera battery died right after this.

A Week in San Antonio...

Mabry and I spent last week in San Antonio with family. Here's a glimpse of our week:

Mabry found a few Easter eggs at a hunt hosted by some of Brad and Rhonda's closet friends.
