Even though my kids are not in school yet, we still take full advantage of Spring Break. During the break, there is no preschool and no extracurricular church activities so we do get a break.
We decided to travel to see family when we had the chance. We first went to Jonesboro to stay with Grandmother and Granddad. Staying with them is a treat for the 3 of us!
(Chad didn't get a break from work so it was just the kids and me.)
Mabry and Clark are just a little spoiled while with Grandmother and Granddad! :)
We all love it!
We all love it!
After Arkansas, the kids and I flew back to Dallas where Chad picked us up at the airport and we headed down to San Antonio. Clark did great on his first flight thanks to sweet boys and their mother keeping him happy by their impromptu stuffed animal puppet show.
Uncle Brad and Aunt Rhonda always know the best places to take up in SA. This time we were introduced to Morgan's Wonderland. It is a small theme park created for special needs children but is open to the public. We all enjoyed this neat, kid geared place. So much thought and planning went into making this accessible to children no matter the age or need.
We got more grandparent time in San Antonio. Mammaw and Pappaw came for the weekend too!
San Antonio is a special place for us because we have both Chad's brother and family there as well and my brother and his family there. So we got to see Baby Nathan one afternoon.
Below is a picture we just took of Nathan, Clark and Mabry.
Below that one is a 'sister photo' that we took at the end of July.
Haven't they all 3 grown so much in just 8 months?!!
Clark and Nathan are becoming fast buddies.
They enjoyed watching Ceecee (the dog) playing in the backyard.
I just had to throw this last picture in from the same day. Clark was telling us where his nose is. He is growing so fast! His great communications skills pleasantly surprise us daily!
