Last Day of School 2013

 Mabry's last day of her preschool for this year was this past week. She had great teachers and has learned so much with their help. 

She can now write her name along with many other letters. 

She has several site words and is a well of knowledge throughout the day. 

She is a sponge at this age so I am so thankful she is able to learn in the wonderful, Christian environment at CLC at Prestonwood Baptist Church.

First Time at the Pool 2013

Our neighborhood pool opened on May 1st however we did not make it there until this past Sunday evening, May 19th. It has just been too cold until now. 

I think Clark is really going to enjoy the water and our zero-entry splash area. 

Notice Mabry in this picture. We will have to have a talk about not running around the pool. :)

We hope to spend lots of time in the water to survive the Texas heat coming this summer. We are so thankful for our neighborhood pool!

My Big 3-0

Yes, it's true. I am actually 30 years old. I know I don't look that old! ;)

For my birthday this year, Chad and I decided to take a trip to California. This was great. While we were living it up spoiling ourselves in Orange County, the kids were with grandparents and Aunt Amy being spoiled rotten. :) I wouldn't want it any other way!

Mother's Day Tea

Mabry had her Mother's Day Tea at school this week. This is a great opportunity for the kids to help make their moms feel special. Mabry greeted me at the door, showed me to my seat, and asked what I would like to drink. Refreshing! 

 Here is the questionnaire that Mabry completed about me. So eye-opening! 

 She still thinks my favorite food is spaghetti! Maybe one day she'll learn! :)
