At the Park

We took Mabry to the park for the first time tonight. She didn't quite know what to the think about it all. I just know one day she will be begging to go the park and pleading to stay there longer.

6 Month Doctor's Appointment

Mabry went for her 6 month appointment this morning. Daddy got to come along with us on this one. She was proud to have him there. Mabry got an A+ with this check-up. She showed to doctor all her new sounds such as ba, ma, da, and even blew him a few raspberries. Our baby girl did great with the shots. The crying did not last long at all. We are so proud of her!

Here are her 6 month stats:

Weight: 17 lbs 1 oz - 75%

Height: 27.0 inches - 95%

Head: 17.1 inches - 90% 

Mommy Play-group!

Today Mabry and I hosted a group of friends from church to play with us. There were 5 babies along with their mommies that came.

Mabry's First 4th!

We spent the 4th of July at Chris and Niki's house. They hosted a wonderful shrimp boil. It was so great to spend the holiday with family. As you can see, Mabry enjoyed her first taste of the classic summer treat, watermelon!

Sitting Up All By Myself!

Mabry has started sitting up without any assistance. She loves to just sit in the floor and play with her toys and look around. It's like a new outlook for her. So cute!

Daddy, C.P.A.

Chad is now a C.P.A.! We found out this week that he passed all four parts of the monstrous test! Words cannot express how proud we are of him! Congrats, Daddy!
